In the picturesque town of Aughton, we've undertaken the exciting challenge of designing a two-story, five-bedroom house that seamlessly blends traditional charm with modern sophistication. Our client's vision called for a home that exudes timeless elegance while incorporating contemporary elements to suit their lifestyle.
To fulfill this vision, we presented two distinct design options, each offering a unique interpretation of the client's preferences. Option 1 showcases an exterior characterized by a harmonious blend of brown brick, metal cladding, wood cladding, and render, creating a dynamic and visually appealing facade. On the other hand, Option 2 features a predominantly stone cladding exterior, evoking a sense of classic grandeur with a modern twist.
While the exteriors differ in material composition, both options prioritize functionality and comfort in their interior layouts. The carefully crafted floor plans ensure that every space within the house is optimized for efficiency and practicality, without compromising on style or aesthetics.
