By integrating rear extensions, a loft conversion, and a small basement entertainment area, we've optimized space and functionality while harmonizing with the natural slope of the land.

The existing bungalow, modest in size with three bedrooms and compact living areas, has undergone a remarkable transformation. Our proposal features an expansive open-plan layout, seamlessly connecting the living, kitchen, and dining areas, complemented by a reception room. Bi-fold doors enhance the spatial flow, blurring the boundaries between indoor and outdoor living spaces.

On the ground floor, two bedrooms offer comfortable accommodation, while the new loft space accommodates two additional bedrooms, ensuring privacy and tranquility. Meanwhile, the addition of a small basement entertainment area adds versatility to the home, providing a cozy retreat for leisure and relaxation.
