The proposed architecture is highly contextual, designed to create a more fitting development that resonates with the character of the site and the broader area with its white rendered, timeless corniness and moldings.

On the ground floor, an open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area create a seamless flow, while integrating the garage into the main house enhances functionality. Additionally, a reception area, utility room, pantry, cloak area, and WC provide convenience and practicality. The first floor accommodates four bedrooms, two of which are en-suite, along with a Jack & Jill shower room and a study. The loft level comprises two bedrooms, a bathroom, and a plant room.

Sustainability lies at the core of our strategy, with the aim of achieving Passivhaus standards. From the conceptual stage, we've integrated sustainable practices into the design, including Insulated Concrete Formwork (ICF) construction, efficient MVHR systems, and solar energy systems.
