In this extension project, our client sought to expand their living space and add two additional bedrooms in the loft area. To achieve this, we embarked on a transformative journey that involved significant structural modifications.

The existing hipped roof was replaced with a gabled roof, allowing for increased headroom and usable space in the loft area. Additionally, we introduced a small crown roof to maximize the available floor area while maintaining architectural integrity. In order to access the newly created loft space, we designed and installed a new staircase, incorporating a front dormer to seamlessly integrate with the existing roofline. This not only enhances functionality but also adds visual interest to the exterior.

Throughout the extension process, our focus remained on ensuring that the proposed changes complemented the existing structure and blended harmoniously with the surrounding environment. The resulting extensions appear natural and seamlessly integrated, enhancing the overall aesthetics and functionality of the home.
