This project involves dividing the existing 5000 m² plot by retaining the existing building and creating six new properties, offering a range of housing options while enhancing the overall quality of the built environment. Careful consideration has been given to local architectural character, materials, and sustainability principles in the design process. The project introduces three distinct house types, each offering comfortable living spaces and contributing to the overall diversity of the housing options:

- Type 1 and 2: Both types have a footprint of 119 m². The ground floor includes a kitchen, living, dining, utility, WC, reception room, and office. On the first floor, there are four bedrooms, plus there is a loft with one bedroom.

- Type 3: With a footprint of 123 m², this house features a spacious ground floor with a living, kitchen, dining area, proper reception room, WC, utility, and study room. The first floor comprises four bedrooms.

This project aims to create harmonious and functional living spaces that contribute positively to the surrounding community while meeting the diverse needs of potential residents.
