Embarking on another exciting project, this time in the vibrant neighborhood of Epsom.
At the front of the property, we introduced a gabled first-floor extension and dormer, adding architectural interest and character to the facade. Meanwhile, at the rear, we implemented both single and double-storey extensions, optimizing the area for additional living space.
Prioritizing the needs of the client, who desired a more spacious and contemporary living environment, we devised a layout that encompasses an open-plan living, kitchen, and dining area, along with four bedrooms. This transformation not only enhances the livability of the home but also adds value and versatility to the property. In keeping with the existing materials palette, we retained the brown brickwork as a nod to the property's heritage. However, to infuse a touch of modernity, we introduced metal cladding and wood cladding as new elements, creating a harmonious blend of old and new.
Through thoughtful design and meticulous craftsmanship, we have breathed new life into this residence, ensuring that it remains a cherished home for years to come.
