In this exciting upward extension project, our client entrusted us with the task of transforming their bungalow into a modern and functional living space. With a focus on contemporary design and livability, our team set out to reimagine the property from the ground up.
The exterior of the house was initially conceptualized with wood cladding, a material known for its warmth and versatility. However, after careful consideration, the client ultimately opted for a simpler render finish. While this choice deviated from the original plan, it still maintains a sleek and modern aesthetic that enhances the overall appearance of the property.
Despite the change in exterior finish, our design vision remained centered on creating a space that is both stylish and practical. The upward extension allowed us to maximize the available space, adding new levels of functionality and comfort to the home.
